Animavoxshop handles shipments of respiratory conditioning tools exclusively within Spain. Our logistics system ensures every breathing accessory is handled under strict hygiene controls from the dispatch facility to final delivery.

Delivery times are calculated in business days from dispatch. Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take an additional 1-2 days.
- Standard shipping is free on orders over €55 to Spain; orders below that pay €4.50.
- Delivery takes between 1 and 2 business days from dispatch.
- Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day ship out the same day.
- We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is intact and in its original box.
- Payment: cash on delivery, bank transfer.
3. Order processing
Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed later, or on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. You will receive a confirmation with your tracking code as soon as you complete your purchase.
Each respiratory training device and mouthpiece is placed in a heat-sealed sterile package with a visible security seal, then protected in rigid boxes with shock-absorbing recyclable polyethylene padding to prevent any deformation or mechanical damage during transit in Spain.
4. Tracking your parcel
Once the package is dispatched, the customer receives an SMS and an email with the local tracking number to check shipment status in real time.
5. Lost or delayed parcel
If your tracking number shows no updates for 5 business days, reach out to us at [email protected] with your order reference. We will contact the courier directly to resolve the issue, giving you the choice between a replacement shipment or a full refund, processed within 10 business days of your notice.
6. Damaged on arrival
Visually inspect the package in the courier's presence, note any evident exterior damage on the delivery receipt, take photos of the packaging alongside the unopened product, and submit the claim to customer support within 48 hours of receipt.
7. Payment methods
We accept Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We will never contact you by phone or email to request banking passwords or card numbers.
8. Delivery outside Spain
We ship to select destinations. You will see the shipping cost and estimated transit time on screen before completing your purchase. If local customs authorities impose import duties, these must be paid by the recipient.
