These provisions govern all purchases made on animavoxshop.shop, operated by Animavox Herramientas Respiratorias S.L.. Placing an order implies agreement with them. We recommend reviewing them carefully alongside our Shipping, Returns, and Privacy sections.

2. The goods
Mechanical airflow resistance devices for respiratory training, ergonomic mouthpieces for physical wellness practices, and instructional support content for breathing cadence during sports activities. Each product page details the included components, the number of units, and technical specifications. Images are for illustrative purposes; packaging or outer finish may show minor variations depending on the batch.
3. Ordering and contract
The order becomes binding upon completion of payment. We will send you an email confirmation, and the supply commitment is formally established when the goods are dispatched. We reserve the right not to process an order if stock runs out or if the details cannot be verified, in which case we will refund the amount paid.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT where appropriate. Shipping costs are displayed clearly before payment is made. Accepted payment options: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If an obvious pricing error is identified before dispatching the package, we will contact you so you can choose between reconfirming the order at the corrected price or cancelling it at no cost.
5. Delivery
Details regarding shipping rates, delivery times, and payment methods can be found in the Shipping and Payment section. Care and responsibility for each item transfer to you upon delivery.
6. Product images and colours
We photograph the actual pieces in our workshop just as they are sent to your home. Ambient light, your monitor, or your phone may slightly alter the shade of the material, which does not constitute a defect or warrant additional refunds. Dimensions, materials, and technical specifications are detailed on each model's product page.
7. Transfer of risk
We take responsibility for the parcel throughout transit until it reaches your door or an authorized recipient. Once delivered, custody transfers to you. If you notice external impacts or damage caused by transport, note it on the courier delivery slip and contact us within 48 hours.
8. Returns and warranty
You have a window of 30 days from delivery to request any return, as explained in our Returns section. In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of Spain, products carry a three-year statutory warranty of conformity against manufacturing defects, which does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural wear of mouthpieces, or lack of basic cleaning.
- Respiratory devices or accessories customized specifically for the user.
- Training materials or printed workout guides showing signs of wear or continuous handling.
- Respiratory devices or oral contact mouthpieces whose hygiene and security seal has been unsealed after delivery.
- Products that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
- Digital media or associated educational multimedia content unsealed by the buyer.
9. Liability
The total contractual liability of Animavox Herramientas Respiratorias S.L. is expressly limited to the actual invoiced value of the order or a maximum amount of 100 EUR. No clause set forth here restricts mandatory statutory liabilities that protect the buyer.
10. Age and use
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases in the shop. Our breathing tools must be used in accordance with their instructions and never replace the judgment of a medical doctor.
11. Governing law and disputes
Civil and commercial laws of the Kingdom of Spain, subjecting any dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and tribunals of Spain. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably and in good faith, the matter shall be settled in the courts corresponding to our registered office, always respecting the protections granted to the buyer by local law.
