Performance does not end when the stopwatch stops; learning to breathe calmly and facilitating nasal rest after exertion is as valuable as logging miles. This kit makes that daily balance very accessible.
Integrating the kit into your week
Short session with the flow regulator before starting your day or morning workout.
Use of the soft nasal dilator while relaxing on the couch to promote easy, relaxed breathing.
Combine both tools with slow, abdominal breaths to wind down after a demanding run.
